After being closed for nearly a year, Hearth is very pleased to announce that walk-in hours for our Homelessness Prevention Program are back.
Thanks to a generous grant from BNY Mellon/Harriet B. Bayley Trust, Hearth has been able to expand our Prevention Program and hire a second Prevention Case Manager. This has enabled us to assist the people who were on our waiting list, and we can now reopen walk-in hours.
Walk-in hours are by appointment only on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and we will start accepting calls on Monday, October 26th. To schedule an appointment, call 617-369-1559.
The Homelessness Prevention Program is part of the Hearth Outreach Program and is located at our main offices at 1640 Washington Street, Boston, MA 02118, convenient to the Silver Line (SL4 and SL5) stop at Worcester Square.
