At Hearth, Inc., we believe the solution to homelessness begins with housing. That's why we are dedicated to developing and operating supportive housing sites throughout the Greater Boston area. Currently, we manage six affordable supportive housing sites and one assisted living facility, providing a total of 228 units.

Our housing sites are specifically designed to meet the needs of older adults who have experienced homelessness, rent burden, or were on the brink of homelessness. We understand that the stress of poverty and homelessness can accelerate aging, making it even more crucial to address these challenges effectively.

Hearth's dedicated residential services teams are present on-site to ensure our residents' well-being and stability. They work tirelessly to provide and coordinate comprehensive care for mental health, substance misuse, and physical conditions. Our team of case managers, including registered nurses, social workers, licensed mental health clinicians, and program managers, is committed to supporting residents in maintaining their health and housing.

We offer specialized services for residents requiring more intensive support to address their unique needs. Our range of services includes a representative payee to assist with financial management, personal care attendants/homemakers, a resource specialist, a peer specialist, and a substance abuse specialist. We aim to provide a holistic support system that empowers individuals to overcome challenges and thrive in their journey toward stability.
