Since the opening of the Elsie Frank House in 1992, we have taken great care to hold the maintenance of our residences to the highest standards, ensuring our elders have homes they can be proud of and feel safe and secure in.
Over the years, our in-house team has been exceptional. Kathy Arruda, Director of Property Management, has been at Hearth since we opened or very first residence. She and the maintenance staff worked tirelessly to maintain all of our sites. We are grateful for the outstanding work this team has done.
In 2012 we began a relationship with Peabody Properties when they began managing Hearth at Olmsted Green. Peabody’s values reflect our own, and they became an excellent partner in helping us not only maintain our property and make it a home for our residents, but work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to keep our residents safely and permanently housed.
The move to have Peabody manage all of Hearth’s sites enables us to take advantage of economies of scale that a small property management department could not hope to duplicate. Peabody Properties became the management company for all of Hearth's residences as of January 1, 2015.
We are excited about our partnership, and look forward to continue to offer our residents safe, comfortable, affordable housing.
