Please join us on Wednesday, November 4th as we celebrate our achievements of this past year and look ahead to 2016.  The keynote speaker is Monica Bharel, Commissioner of the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, and she will be presented with our Distinguished Service Award for her dedication to health care for underserved and vulnerable populations. 

This year we are awarding the first Bruce Taylor Award for Board Service to retiring board member Mary Parker, for her years of service to Hearth. The Urban Medical Group Outstanding Service Award will be given to Hearth staff member Jennifer Hartwell.
