Hearth is excited to announce on Thursday November 8, 2018 we will honor Karen Fish-Will and Melissa Fish-Crane of Peabody Properties, Inc. at our annual Celebration and Award Gala at the Four Seasons Hotel. The evening will also include festive food and cocktail pairings and a House Warming Auction to directly benefit the residents and clients of Hearth as they move into their new homes.

We are grateful to recognize Karen and Melissa as recipients of the Anna Bissonnette Award for their dedication to developing and managing high-quality affordable housing for veterans, families, and the homeless. Our shared goal is making every house feel like home.  Karen and Melissa exemplify Anna’s spirit and belief in helping others less fortunate.  Their work in and out of the office has had a profound and direct impact on changing the lives of so many people, including the residents of Hearth and beyond. 

This year’s Gala will also include opportunities to directly meet with Hearth staff to hear about their work as we end elder homelessness for almost 500 elders a year.  This is a wonderful and interactive way to learn how the proceeds from the event will aid our efforts to end and prevent homelessness for adults over the age of 50 living in Boston.
